Give offsite fulfillment a code to sign in — no Google or email account needed, works in any browser. The code shows once; copy it before you close.
Admins
Admins are Impacks staff with full control. A new admin gets a one-time temporary password and signs in with their email.
Fields
Fulfillment = shown to fulfillment users and on their board. Report = included on the printable daily report. Reorder with the arrows. Order # and Name are always on; other built-in fields can be turned off with Remove; fields you add here can be deleted permanently. A field shows on cards and the report once an order has a value in it — fill it in from the case’s Edit form.

Pick a status, then Print → in the dialog choose Save as PDF (landscape prints best). Columns are the fields marked Report in Users & fields.
Import orders
Upload a Shopify order export — a CSV, or the zip Shopify emails. First time, import your full order export to fill the pool; after that just drop each day’s export. Big files take a few seconds to parse. Nothing is written until you click Import; re-importing is safe — newest data wins per order.
